Coffee is the main export in Nicaragua. A little trip to Matagalpa communities, shows you the entire process and life of the people who produce the coffee and export it around the world.
We will visit the plantations, participate in the various activities of production, harvesting and processing on the farm and we will stay with a local family, to share and feel the real culture of the nicagüenses peasants.
The second day we will appreciate the full industrial process in the dry mill, where we also will have a cupping session with a professional coffee taster.
