Day 1 Arrival (D)
Our guide and driver will meet you upon arrive at the international airport in Managua. You will be transferred to your nearby hotel. You will have an introductory and historical tour of the city of Managua, where you will learn about the Nicaraguan dramatic history, past and current events.

Day 2 Laguna de Perlas (B/L/D)
You will take a local flight to Bluefields, where a private boat will take you to Pearl Lagoon. After a traditional and delicious lunch, you will take a tour around the most representative sites of the area learning about local Caribbean culture and history.

Day 3 Multi Ethnic cultural tour (B/L/D)
Experience the culture, music and history of two different Ethnicities the “Garifunas” and “Miskitus” This day we will move around the communities of Orinoco and Kahkabila meeting locals and their authentic traditions.

Day 4 Snorkel around the Pearl Cays (B/L/D)
Today we venture into the open sea, heading to a piece of paradise in the Caribbean, you will spend the day either snorkeling in the gorgeous coral reefs or relaxing by the white sand beaches in the little Pearl cays. We will also spend the night camping in one of the cays, luckily we may find some turtle nesting near us.

Day 5 Towards the pacific (B)
We will have some more time to relax and enjoy the white sand beaches of the cays. In the afternoon we will fly back to Managua and then drive to San Juan del Sur. Staying near La Flor wildlife refuge increases the opportunities of witnessing a wonderful nature event: Sea Turtle arribadas, where thousands of turtles come to lay their eggs on the beach.

Day 6 San Juan del Sur (B)
This day we will take a boat trip to a secluded beach where we will have a picnic lunch. On the way, we will also look for the Olive Ridley Sea turtles swimming towards the beach, if we get lucky, we may also spot a humpback whale.

Day 7 San Juan del Sur (B)
On our way back to Granada, we will visit the Pueblos Blancos home of talented artisans creating pottery with precolumbian techniques, the Masaya handicraft market will also be part of our journey. We will finish our adventure visiting the incredible Masaya active volcano.

Day 8 Managua
Transfer to the international airport in Managua
